Generally, the place was MODERN and had incredibly welcoming staff from the bartenders to the waiters. The hotel was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location, in a quiet area. Plus, it was just next door to many restaurants. Everything was simply excellent.

My room was incredibly comfortable and complete with a nice balcony. The location was great, at a walking distance from lamer.

The hotel's location is ideal, just steps from a beautiful beach. The King Room with Balcony and Skyline View was spacious, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was creatively prepared, with standout dishes like poached eggs and homemade granola. Remarkably attentive staff made dining enjoyable, ensuring gluten-free options were readily available.

Honestly nothing to complain about. The hotel with exceptionally comfortable rooms, in a peaceful area, was perfect situated very near to the beach in a quiet area. Marvellous location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Laguna Waterpark by Meraas...

Air conditioning system needs a serious upgrade!!! Water in the shower doesn't drain properly, leaving an unpleasant experience. The view of the sea docks has an industrial vibe that might not be appealing for longer stays!!!

Comfortable Stay with Caring Staff

The hospitality from the team stood out, particularly from Derek, Margret, and Alex. The rooftop view from our King Room Balcony Skyline View was amazing! The location is not ideal now due to La Mer village's closure. Try to book a room with a view.

Very modern hotel with beautiful views from the rooms. Service delay during breakfast was a bit frustrating.

I thoroughly enjoyed the contemporary decor with beautiful Dubai-inspired artwork. The common areas were accessible, such as the stylish lobby and poolside.

A clearer breakfast package option would be helpful.

The air conditioning system could use an upgrade, as it struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature . Room service often felt sluggish, requiring multiple reminders for both meal requests and table setting. Despite the beautiful location, the breakfast wasn't a buffet, which could've really enhanced the dining experience, and the restaurant service lagged even in less crowded moments were good.

Request a higher floor for a quieter stay, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

Clean, modern room with a fine skyline view. The breakfast varied and exceeded my expectations, while the staff remained friendly throughout. Although the service was sometimes slow, I didn't let that overshadow my experience. It surpassed my hopes for a city getaway!
